Fiero Throttle body machining service
bore is machined to 56mm w/a new custom plate fitted to the bore.
The 1/2 shaft mod seen here consists of removing the front half of the throttle blade shaft and securing the plate with two low profile stainless steel screws to allow the most possible CFMs without compromising wall thickness.
The 1/2 shaft is widely used on Turbo and Supercharged cars with no reported breakage
This TB will flow equal CFMs to a 58mm TB (6mm larger than Stock)
Besides the machining operation, the throttle body will be cleaned, bead blasted, and painted with hi temp paint.
